We accept
cancellations up to 21 days in advance of the departure date with
a full refund. If you cancel a trip less than 21 days in advance,
you will forfeit the deposit unless you reschedule (only once)
the trip within 120 days of the original booking date. |
No one,
including the weatherman, can accurately predict sea conditions
the day before a scheduled fishing trip. Therefore, no
cancellations because of potential sea conditions will be made
before the morning of the trip. The captain makes the decision
about the sea conditions on the morning of the trip. If he
cancels the trip because of inclement weather or bad sea
conditions, and if a trip cannot be rescheduled, a full refund
will be made. |
